Service Description

It is always recommended that when training your pet, you work with your trainer in person so that they can teach you how to continue at-home training which is fundamental for success. However, at Wolf & Withers we understand life is busy and you may not have the time to attend regular hourly sessions but would still like your pet trained. As we strive to aid all owners no matter their lifestyle, we offer Private Training sessions where the trainer will work solo with your pet without the need of the owner's presence. Included are session reviews which are emailed to the owner proceeding all sessions to recite what was covered, progress made and detailed instructions of bitesize training the owner can carry out at home to help speed up training in between sessions. An initial in-person meeting between yourself and the trainer is booked first. This is to discuss what you're hoping for us to achieve with your pet, and to orchestrate a training plan for our sessions with them. Your trainer can meet your pet, where they are kept and any spare keys, lock codes that they may require can be shared for when training begins. PRICES Costs for private training depends on the species of your pet and how many sessions your trainer thinks is necessary. These sessions are designed as a bulk and are to be paid in full. Your set group of sessions will be the absolute minimum that we believe your goals will be achieved, and the trainer may suggest for additional sessions if training is going slower than anticipated. Please note animals are individual and all respond to a variety of methods in a range of ways and as professional trainers we want to give your pet the best chance to improve without rushing their training. Your booking is for the initial in-person consultation, so please make sure you request a date and time that you will be free to meet. The consultation is free, however there is a fuel charge of 50p per mile outside of a 15 mile radius of Cantley, Norfolk. This also applies to all sessions. Following the consultation where the cost of your block of sessions is agreed, you can choose to pay then by cash or bank transfer, or an invoice can be sent which will be due by the day of the first session. Private sessions are non-refundable unless the trainer finds your pet has advanced exceptionally, then any remaining sessions will be refunded. You can reschedule a session with 24 hours notice.
